Marvel Snap is a collectible card game developed by Second Dinner. It runs out of the Steam client on PC but primarily is played via the mobile apps for iOS and Android.
I worked as a UX designer for this client, focusing on monetization feature design, visuals, and around game systems. I worked both in Figma and in Unity, providing wireframes, visual mockups, and in-engine implementation. Some specific shipped content was:
- Front page promo for new store items (UX flows, layout and visual design, implementation, materials)
- New rarity banner (UX flows, visual design, implementation)
- Album feature upgrades (UX flows, layout and visual design, implementation)
- Store purchasing upgrades (UX flows, layout and visual design, implementation)
Some common tasks I did were:
- Mapped detailed flows for engineers in Figma
- Implemented UI and visuals in Unity, including creating animated materials.
